We happily accept almost all PPO insurance plans, as well as credit card, debit and cash payments.

Due to the high costs involved with running a specialized acute care center of this kind, we have found it necessary to institute a separate facility charge in order to continue to offer this exceptional care to you and your family.

Currently, Urgent Care Centers are not recognized by insurance companies as "separate facilities" for reimbursement purposes. Hospitals and Emergency Rooms are.

If a patient is seen in a hospital emergency room, insurance companies receive separate bills for the use of the facility, tests, x­rays, and physician services performed in the hospital.

Until insurance companies recognize urgent care centers as ancillary providers and alternatives to emergency rooms, we have instituted our FACILITY FEE of $75.00, separate from the professional fees charged by the physician taking care of your child. This is currently work in progress.

We are requesting that all parents/ legal guardians pay the separate non reimbursable facility fee at the time of service with the understanding that you will not be reimbursed by your insurance company for it. Your insurance company will be billed later for our professional fee and we will issue a statement to you for any applicable deductibles or coinsurances.
